James Marroun

Managing Director, Introbuild Constructions

James Marroun is the Managing Director of TLH Recruitment, TLH Training Group, and the owner of Introbuild Constructions. With over 20 years of experience managing large-scale businesses, James Marroun has built several teams that all adhere to three core pillars of ‘service first led’ client interaction — a commitment to excellence, and providing quality and personalised services.

James Marroun was always interested in working for himself, so he established Introbuild Constructions in 2000 to build upon and expand his father’s concreting business. Introbuild Constructions became a company focused on building high-quality residential, industrial, and commercial projects from the ground up. When starting Introbuild Constructions, James believed that to fill a gap in the market, he had to approach each job with the same level of attention to detail. That’s how Introbuild Constructions’ reputation for quality service began.

James volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Western Sydney (RMHC GWS) to help with charitable initiatives like Meals from the Heart — an organisation that gives companies the chance to work together to cook meals for at-risk and unfortunate families and children. Participating in these activities with his team shows that James is focused on instilling a sense of social responsibility in the community. Team-building exercises always have charity at their core whenever James is involved.

James has continually sought new ways to give back to the community. He participated in the Children’s Cancer Institute’s CEO Dare to Cure 2020 and 2022 events — an event that brings CEOs and business leaders together Australia-wide to raise money for child cancer cure research. James leads by example, which is why he has become a respected member of both business and charitable communities. By participating in solo and team-wide events, James has shown that he is willing to use his comprehensive business network to better his community and help the less fortunate.

James Marroun is passionate about furthering the professional development of every industry he works with, including construction, FMCG, logistics and warehousing, information technology, finance and payroll, retail, and more.
