Introbuild Constructions is a TLH Group Company. Founded by James Marroun in 2000, we are an Australian-owned, family-run company with over 30 years of combined experience in the building industry, providing an end-to-end service while building high-quality projects from the ground up!

James Marroun, from the outset, was interested in becoming his own boss so he could drive the industry forward and fill the gaps and pain points in a burgeoning market. That’s why he worked diligently to establish Introbuild Constructions in 2000 — expanding upon his father’s original concreting business.
Since then, Introbuild Constructions has been a company laser-focused on building high-quality residential, industrial, and commercial projects for any client searching for reliable and long-lasting services.
James knew that by devoting the company’s time to creating an expertly tailored service for multiple clients across various industries, he would create and facilitate a business that championed attention to detail and customer satisfaction above all else.
